I forgot the last name of my old char, you wouldn\'t happen to have it on an old database somewhere?

Caed something ...

If not, is there anyway of getting it to my new character, I have the verification email etc... Just not the character...

Um, MB characters did not have a last name, so you are supposed to just make one up.
