When choosing your previous house, if you choose you lived in a Klyros village, the text says you had some training with bows but you still won\'t get the skill... it\'s obviously a bug since Enkidukai village (one up) is at the same price, gives the same stat bonuses/penalties and the only difference is that it gives shieldmaking +2 whereas Klyros doesn\'t give any skills
