Having problems

Ok so I downloaded the game, made a character, and then uploaded it. That all went just fine. Now I go into the game and connect to PS.GAMIIX.COM with my character\'s name and pw. The first time I try it, I will get an xp window saying the program has encountered and error and needs to be shut down. After I re-open it I will try to connect again and I get the \'server has dropped us for unknown reason\' if I try again right away I get \'This character is already logged on and playing\' which switched back to \'server has dropped us for unknown reason\' after the next few tries.  I\'ve read the other threads like this and nothing has seemed to help this.  8o

Yes I am... Even tho win xp sucks they wouldnt ship it to me with ME or 98 on it and I havent gotten around to installing one of the two on it.

Ok i do believe that XP is your problem try installing 98 on it. 98 is the best windows there is. not unless you got XP profesional. :]

After the grueling process of deleting my Xp partition, making a new particion, formatting the new partition, installing win 98, reinstalling my drivers, and downloading planeshift, it worked! Yay! )
