I see someone else's messages since last update

I see all kinds of weird messages that aren\'t related to me... stuff like \"You tell so-and-so:  What\'s up?\"  and messages that I\'m too far away from so-and-so to trade with them.  All this when I didn\'t send any tells or try to trade with anyone.

Once a merchant window popped up while I was down in the sewers...?

This is probably from messed up packets, weird stuff happens to alot of people because of it

This was happening in MB and is still happening. From my observation generally everythink can be send to someone else, from messages to opening/not opening windows and such. Does that mean, that the person who was supposed to receive message, doesnt receive it because it was redirected to someone else? Maybe some messages are duplicated?
I have also saw that sometimes messages are lost so the other person and you dont know that some message was sent and lost. It may create very big misunderstood sometimes
