It is free and it will always be, I have no idea on the races question, I think it really depends on which class you want to play and which one you like the best

There is no \"best race\" is PS. Every race can do almost everything  another once can. Except for some restrictions, which are told when you select a race. So it\'s up to you to decide.

To be a newbie and a nice person are 2 different things.


If you want a nice answer, ask nicely your question (for example no caps in title or message LIKE THAT CAUSE THAT S NOT POLITE, try to avoid a little the shortcut used in mobile phone, ...)
