error help me plz

i need to show an error but i dont know how to put pics in a post, the error basically said

runtime error!

program: c:\\program files\\planeshift crystal blue\\psclient.exe

abnormal program termination

this error pooped up as i was trying to get onto the cb world for the first time. cxan anyone plz help me?

Have you tried running the updater first?

I\'m also having the problem with that dll file...
 I don\'t understand:
 I\'ve already ran the updater and the damn file is in my pc, but still, that annoying box appears...

 As it seems so, I\'m having all the problems that any newbie had...

 Hum... Maybe this is some kind of test or ritual by the PlaneShift Team and only the strong-minded and determined pass. lool

 I wonder... ;)

The initial install could have perhaps murmured or been interrupted. Have you tried reinstalling?

Yes, I\'ve tried reinstalling and the problem still appears...

 Maybe there will be some update to fix this problem?
