Remember Seytra that Mhz doesn\'t necessarily measure the computer speed. I think the big difference when it comes to FPS is the optimization of the engine to make use of the features in individual platforms(MP, altivec, 64bit processor etc. )

The biggest factor is the graphics card, and 8mb just doesn\'t cut it.  The 32MB geforce2MX is what I use and that\'s barely workable.

People can discuss back and forth how much a G3 can do per MHz vs a PIII, P4, etc., but in the end - 8MB graphics card + 400Mhz G3 = ridiculously low framerate
