Problem with guild promotions

I\'m level 8 in my guild Virtue and when I tried to promote someone who is Level 1 to Level 2 it gave me the error message you cannot promote people of higher or equal level.

I do have permission to promote people so that isn\'t the problem.

There is a slight bug there but the chat command: /guildpromote player level  
works

This bug has been fixed and will part of next client update. See
