Okay....from what little you said, I shall make these assumptions:
1) You did not sign up for a user account yet. To sign up for an account,
go here. Also, make sure you have the Laanx server selected. You cannot run a Local server game if you do not set it up properly.
2) By \"game frame goes up in the corner,\" I shall assume that you meant the client goes fullscreen when you do not what it to be fullscreen. To change the video settings, open the setup application (Start menu->Programs->PlaneShift->PlaneShift Setup), and make sure \"Fullscreen\" remains unchecked. That should solve that problem.
I\'m also assuming that you are running Windows because I think a Linux user would\'ve been a bit more descriptive...
If that doesn\'t work, please explain why and clarify what you mean exactly.
