Would this be considered as a guide?
« on: April 06, 2005, 11:50:58 am »
I was planing to compile a \"book o\' mining\" It would contain general mining advice without the specific locations. It would be written from a perspective of game character not a game player, as such it would not contain skill levels or stats. I haven\'t written it yet but it might sound something like this.
\"In the beginning, it\'s not advisable an aspiring miner to mine for gold or platinum as  they require more skill and better tools to find and acquire. A miner should begin his training searching for ores that reside closer to the surface such as coal or iron\"

Soooo would something like this still be a guide?
i hope not

I appologize for the page design. It is work in progress, unfortunatly the work stopped ;)

If you have any ideas what to add inform me via pm/forum. Just keep in mind it\'s mean to be an informative rp book.

I think what you have if fine. In fact, it was enjoyable to read. Just don\'t put any lists or directions to secret mining spots or anything else worthy of beheading.

You can put anything in the Roleplay forum. :) Books, stories, diaries... obviously the spoiler thing needs to be avoided though. I don\'t think enough people use the Roleplay board because they just don\'t know how to use it... it\'s not all for Character Histories and stories, you know. :)

Agreed. We need something else in there. Hmmm...

Got it! I happen to know a Kran Master Chef who would love to share his recipes, and would love even more to learn new ones. The first ever PS cookbook!  (unless I\'m wrong) I shall start working on it immediately.

DOES YOUR MOTHER KNOW YOU DANCE LIKE THAT?!?! ;)

*edit* Seems I\'ve sprouted another star. :/ I should really see a doctor about that. Stand back folks, they may be contagious.
