Download issue

I downloaded the client from the mirrors since I don\'t know how to use the torrent site.

I read that the client is supposed to be 220,995,065 bytes but when I checked the download from the mirrors...I got 210 MG...Umm what I got is smaller than what I was supposed to get, and when I tried to REdownload it...same size was what was offered.

No surprise when I tried to run the instauller I got an error box. I would give you the EXACT info that was in it, if it did not flash off so fast that I could not read it (less than two seconds from time it opened until it shut itself).

If I had to guess, even though I can\'t code my way outta a wet paper sack, I would say the downloaded client from mirror sites is TOO small.

Note that 210megabytes == 220200900 bytes (i.e. one kilobyte is 1024 bytes and one megabyte is 1024 kilobytes) so the size is probably not wrong. Don\'t know why it isn\'t working though.

Well bit torrent is saving it to my desktop *boggle* didn\'t know you could download to that spot. Maybe my D drive is corrupted *shrug* I just know I was ALL ready to start up the game and *flushing sound* no go *pouts*.

Bit torrent says it is 211mg and the others say they are 210...if both are accurate...THAT could be the issue. I am to the point of wondering where I can find an outdated version and just deal with the patch time.

- Download the program Download Accelerator Plus
- Use the \"non\" bittorent download (took me 1hr and 30 mins)
- Install
- Run updater
- Cross your fingers and have fun.

i tryed useing that program but when the file downloads it starts then shuts off right away then the exe file deleats it self (plez dont mind the speeling i\'m dislexic)

If you have different file sizes your download is probably corrupt.
You may use md5sum program to verify your downloads though.
