There are at least 3 threads on similar topic, but those which  I found are old, like \"Outa my own curiousity\". I\'ll not resurect them because of current discussion in \"Forum requests\" ( \"Thread Ressurection\" )

I wish developers would implement /fomf command.
- Why? - Kiva asks.
Well, because it is much easier to type /fomf than /fall_on_my_face :P
And because it would look much better, when the character falls, instead of reading \"Moogie stumbles and falls on her face\" while the avatar is still standing.
And because nobody will deny, that emotes make roleplaying more interesting.
And - last, but not least - because there already is \"fomf\" animation - it is the death animation, it should only be played a bit faster, or some \"frames\" should be skipped.
I am not familiar with 3d modeling, but it should be easier to slightly alter existing animation than creating a new one. So /fomf could be implemented earlier than /sit...

Actually not a bad idea to use the death sequence, but there would need to also be a gettng up sequence

Hm... PS needs a /play_dead
:P

Like, a mob is attacking you \"OMG I\'m gonna die!!!\" just type /play_dead
You could play dead for some time depending on your \"Acting\" skill.
It might depend on the mob, on how it detects life signs and stuff. Works for some mobs, other doesn\'t, others can only work from like 15 in \"Acting\"

Yeah! Well, I thought the z-key death animation looks more like the char\'s taking a nap.. All we need is a get up animation and make it so other\'s see it and tada!  :D  :D

Use it for playing dead too.

When playing dead, you need at least 100 in \"Acting\" to continue playing dead when an Ulber tramples you. Oh, that and a lot of HP. :D

Doubt an ulbernaut is smart enough to know your playing dead. It being a monster and all...

Well actually I think ulbers are gonna be one of the more smart. They would still trample you.. :P

Trepors and Tefusangs wouldn\'t, see that thing in the description \"not too intelligent\" :P

strangely i think they will just say yummy pre-dead living thing.  :D
as i doubt they\'d check for life signs.

and that mobs detecting life signs. i thikn the mean ones migth just stab a character to death (if he is playing dead), or just stab him) just to make sure.

but the acting skill is a nice idea. your character can star in plays and get paid for it. (wonder if they know about shakespierre(htf do you spell it))
perhaos you can combine magic and acting with this play dead command
 by using illusions you can make a clone that can\'t be touched (if touched becomes real like all illusions)
and you will of course be made invisible. you can make the clone get a heart attack just to escape. or in a while use dark magic to make him look like a zombie


/cast turn_undead (description \" makes a chosen dead target alive once more. but only in the form of nasty skeletons, banshees, zombies, vampires etc.)
/m acidently makes himself undead.
/say \"brains yummy\"

with such a spell there would be a counter in crystal and ligth magic and (whichever oen is with undo magic (dispell))and undead creatures should be vulnarable to fire and take less damage from ice( they can\'t feel it but their limbs still freeze and break off liek ours.

wow i could start a topic ideas for spellls
well i recon if this skill (acting) is implemented it will have a series of commands as well here are some i can think off

/play status (dead poisoned sleepy evil happy etc)
/sing pitch (octaves (a,b,c,d,e,f,g and whatever side and and) includinh stuff like c major 7 or a minor 1)
/dress type of clothing( many types eg funny = you r char will drees up odly like perhaps put his undies on his head (if they had it then))
/sing song_name ( the devs will need to make a few songs.
/sing lyrics (use only if above is not good. all it will do is add a note instead of a space when space bar is pressed)
/impersonate person name (just to make it fair you must have heared that person say 1 million sentences since this si actually a GM command to do so to offline players. but for normal players is should read \" anonymous impersonates someone (alikeness in %): hello i\'m impersonating someone.)
i recon amny of them will have mimimum skill requirements. also for play dead i recon vitality will help in it (end) since i think uo can play dead as long as you can hold your breath. sorry fi this was long just ahd to say my point.  :P and ican see i\'m goign way of topic
