shortcut- help please.

hey guys,

        I have a problem.  I was downloading the game and I closed the download screen because I decided I didn\'t need the game.  But a shortcut appeared on my desktop.  It takes up 0 bytes but i can\'t delete the shortcut.  When i try it says it cannot delete the program because it is in use bye someone else or another program.  How do I get past that?  Thanks in advance.

Hiya.

Does this problem persist after a restart? If so, you may want to try TweakUI (WinXP) - it has a repair icons option that has worked for me. Also, you might try MoveOnBoot - it is very good at deleting files during the next boot, before anything can grab it. Good luck :)

Thanks karyuu, that move on boot thing worked great.  It only took me a few minutes to download it and reboot.
