account/log on

hi could someone please assist if possible

1. i have installed planeshift and updated prior to connecting

2 i received confirmation and registed correctly(verified this again) and it stated my account is validated

3 wheni try to log on and enter password it states

no account in this name ....

my email addy appears and password is correct ..
as i press ok it states the above...(no account in this name)

my email is ..davids_92@hotmail.com...

so i have to cancell and retry . with the same ressult that is why as a newbie  at one time a figure did appear at right hand side with twin name  but at logon  this is blank at right side ....as i have not got on so do not know who this figure is and never got past logon position this may of some assistace..   regards  david

hi just a note to say after i defraggd with diskeeper 9
all problems are solved now

can log on without the problem just in case a reply

Nice to hear it works but, honestly, defragmenting the hard drive should affect nothing to help your problem.
Perhaps there was some issue in the serverside and it has been solved.
