Planeshift version: 3.010

This is the issue that is being worked on with Jorrit. Anyway reinstalling xorg
after installing nvidia drivers increased my FPS rate, it is still poor but at least
I can walk...
Anyway all issues like that - your are free to make a separate thread on this
forum, so we could look for the solution. This thread I would like to be only
about posting knowns/common issues and their solutions, so it will be easy to
find for others.

Regards.

lol. This seems to be outdated. I do not have any file named (/opt/planeshift/)art/effects/flame01.tga!!

I have different png and part files there but no tng :(
What now.
psclient segfaults with no realy useable errormessage. You can have a strace if you want.

EDIT: Umm sorry to be rude but I trying to get the new client up and running for now 5h. I lost my patience and I am now lost :(

My config is:
Distro: Gentoo
Graphics: NVIDIA Geforce 4
RAM 512

It should be on your install CD, or apt-get if your system uses that. Otherwise, freshmeat knows about most free software:

Sorry I tried to install the Dialog program.  I cannot seem to get it to install to the right place.  I know where the PS file is.  Not the Dialog program to get rid of \'line 57\' prompt.

It is not a thread for posting problems. Make a new one. Dialog has to be
installed in system search path eg. /usr/bin.
