can't log in

ok so i pick my character then i press join game.  the bar at the bottom of that screen almost gets full then a message pops up that says

unexpected error has occured
 \"EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 7C00724A\"

then it asks if i want to save some type of file

how do i fix this so i can play?

I\'m getting exactly the same message, really annoying, I allready downloaded the game again and reinstalled it but it doesn\'t matter, I still get the message, and the screen always get\'s over written, when I make a new character so I can\'t read A thing after a new screen..

For screens getting overwritten, go to pssetup and change to 16 bit and that should change.

If you use the search facility, you should find answers to your problems.

yeah I allready found the answer on the overwriting thing and it works

Well, topicstarter, your problem is the sound bug.
You should do this:
1 Use the updater.
2 If after solution 1 the game still crashes, disable the sound in the setup tool.

If all above still doesn\'t work, then upload that file you needed to save at this website:
http://command.no-ip.com/dmp/
That way the devs can take a look at it.
