Hiya, and welcome to PlaneShift! Have you looked through the main PS website, Player Guide, a few of the forum stickies, particularly the FAQ? :) Best places to start.

First off, once you installed the game, or better, while it was downloading, you should have and as it sounds, still need to, read teh players guide.

Everything, you need to know from character creation, to starting out basics are covered in it.

Then, there is in game help.
