Isn\'t that Manji from Blade of the Immortal?

It\'s very blurry. If you\'re going to use found images , try to at least find some of better quality if you want to make such a large picture. What\'s this going to be used for?

i know i know... XP
but its not going to  be used for anything. i was just messing around.
it looks better smaller. i  had to enlarge it becuase if i put it as normal size
and screened it it would be hard to see.
its a pretty small picture.

if i can bebothered ill go and do somthing without jacking someone elses character :(....
but i love manji. he ish cool. :D

Don\'t worry, I just mentioned it because I\'m a big fan of the comic. Manji is definately cool!

Your stuff really works much better at a smaller size. There\'s no major pixeling  then.

Hi,

I like what you are doing dying_inside, perhaps (if your using Photoshop) do a google search on making selections, look at feathering and selection techniques.
Try not to save and resave your jpegs, it is a \'lossy\' format, and although probably unnoticable on screen, they do deteriorate in quality with each save. :)

yeah i know hehe.  i only took that so it was easier to make out and too see what the reactions would be ( eg keep it small or  big etc ).

I like that image Lokii!

As for the feather, hard to tell, but I think it does look a little softer around the edges. If you have a selection, try going into \'Select-Modify-Contract to get rid of any \'flyaway\' and/or fringe pixels.
This does depend on how you are making selections.
\'Quick Mask Mode\' is another good tool (and easy to suss out) to use on your selections.
When doing layered composites like this, good selection = good result. IMO

:)
