You should seriously learn proper english  
It\'s pretty hard to translate what you\'re saying now.

For the latest version you need to have BitTorrent.
http://www.bittorrent.com download the program and install it.

Then download the latest client\'s torrent file here
Open that .torrent file and open it with bittorrent.

You might want to wait downloading it though, because there will be a newer patched version of that release soon.
