plz help real problem

okay so this is whats happening. i read the mac thing and dled the updater.jar when i try to put the updater.jar into the ps_install or just the planeshift 3d folder it says \"the item updater.jar could not be moved because ps install cannot be modified\" plz help if you know the answer

Sounds like you\'re trying to put the java updater in the disk image. Disk images are read-only, you can\'t modify them or add anything to them. You need to install Planeshift on your Mac, drag the folder from the disk image to your Applications folder in the Finder window. Now you should have no problem putting the updater in the PS folder. Also, you\'ll probably want to delete the disk image after installation to free up some space, it serves no purpose once installed.
