window wont show all of it

ive did everything for planeshift the downloads and stuff but i started the game and it only shows half the screen the other half off the cpu screen

Do you mean the game window itself? Try lowering the resolution until you can see the taskbar, then move it to the center of the screen. Or you can play in fullscreen mode. Options for changing this are in the PlaneShift Setup application.

If you forgot where is the Planeshift Setup, do:
Start->Programs->Planeshift Crystal Blue->Planeshift Setup

Try to remember possibly which is your resolution, so you will not choose a resolution for PS that is higher than yours.
