Near noob needs to know...

What is the \"Grammar, spelling nazism\" level?

What is the main method of healing? The Diabloesque potion nightmare?

How is the current economy? do you need to play this game to a point nearing religious fanatism to buy a butterknife?

Will i regret asking these things?

And do i need twenty years of RP experience before i will have the most tiney whiney chance?

Yes and no ;)

1. People will have a ridiculously hard time roleplaying with you in-game if you can\'t type properly, do not form coherent sentences, and -definitely- if you use symbols in your speech. It\'s just not done if you\'re here for a reason beyond mindless monster bashing, which you should be - this is a roleplaying game first and foremost.

2. Not familiar with the Diablo system, but currently there are healing potions available, and a healing spell/glyph.

3. We have no butterknives, though we should :P It will take a while to get a weapon, but no more than a week, and that\'s if you hunt for 1-2 hours a day. Or at least that\'s how I remember it. Once you move up to stronger critters though, things just pour in - this is a balance issue that is known and will be addressed as soon as it is possible. AKA \"soon.\"

4. Doesn\'t matter how much roleplay experience you have, as long as you\'re willing to try it out and learn along the way.

Welcome! ;)

You certainly don\'t have to be an English major, just be understandable ;) There are many players from other countries for whom English is a second language, and not always perfect - but as long as you are able to communicate in an RP manner, you\'re fine.

Being powerful is alright as long as you are not going after this with an OOC reason - your character can starve after power as much as he or she wants. If you want to bash a few Ulbernauts for hours, make sure your character has a reason for doing it, such as wanting to strengthen/toughen up him or herself. Go power nuts, just IC :)

Scary kitteh? Axes? Don\'t have an aswer for that, really :D Except I do - the axes are a rank image. And the kitty... well. Yes, no answer.

You\'ve been typing perfectly fine so far, so no worries ;) No one shall persecute you here.
