\"Install menu\" is a rather odd phrase which I\'m not sure I can attach a correct meaning to. You have a lot of time when writing on the forums, so definitely take that time to provide as much detail as you possibly can on what the problem is, and what exactly happens when you try to take normal courses of action.

If you\'re having problems installing the game, do make sure you have downloaded a proper installation file.

If not, the most reliable way to get it is using BitTorrent:

this will launch your default BitTorrent client, if you don\'t have any, try with Azureus, BitComet or BitTornado.
Also remember to update the game once you\'ve installed it using the updater utility.
