Did you ensure that your client is fully up to date?
Remember to run the updater program, preferently in recovery mode, avaiable from start-all programs-planeshift-planeshift updater (recovery mode) that if you\'re in windows, of course; if you\'re not, try pocking on the specific OS areas, and if you\'re under linux make sure you have installed the latest patch from Xordan.
