arrow key up not working
« on: December 10, 2005, 01:23:54 pm »
Hello!
I am running PS on Linux Gentoo, so i decided to post the problem here.
After i had installed PS with Xordan\'s installer, i have difficulties with character walking forward. The Arrow key up does not work. Only possible way is to use key \"w\" for walking or \"shift+arrow up\" for running. It is very disturbing.
Does anybody have the same problem, or it it just me for some reason? Is it Linux/gentoo specific?

I have Gentoo Linux and it works fine for me. I built Planeshift from CVS sources and didn\'t use the Xordan\'s installer, but I have difficulties seeing a major difference here.

I use both types of build on Suse and haven\'t experienced this problem have you checked the keyboard options?

It\'s possible your settings ingame, under options are wrong. Check keyboard->movement for forward I think.
