Problems connecting to game

Sorry I couldn\'t find the device listing for the videocard.  I am not very tech oriented I hope that you can work with the information provided below:
Description of the bug: I have been able to get into the game for short periods of time. Sometimes I am prevented from getting into the game, other times I get in and then immediately kicked out.  On occasion when there is a new region being loaded I am disconnected from the game.  When signing on here are some of the error messages I recieve :

First of all, have you made sure to update your game? Perhaps try it in recover mode. A recover updater is available through Start -> Programs -> PlaneShift Crystal Blue. Then, try to disable sound through PS Setup - it\'s the last option under Sound Options :) And try changing your skin from the default to stone - also available in the setup.
