Confused

Well this stinks being a newb but anyways to the point I have been trying to download PlaneShift for awile now and i cant seem to understand why is it when i download it it says it will take 3 days to download in bit torrent is this suppose to be this  way? What i have done is download the file im suppose to upload and bit torrent on my  desktop and i have selected it and chose to download it and it says itll take about three days any idea whats going on i did a check on my files it all matched up to be correct plz help. It\'s a lot easier for us to reply to you and for you to reply to us using the forums, instead of emailing - since all the people with the ability to help you will have all the detail availble to them right here.

First thing first: have you used bittorrent before, and are you familiar with how it works? The download time depends on how many seeders (people who are sharing the file you need) are available. If only a few people are on, the progress will be much slower than if the amount of seeders was larger. All downloads also depend on your net speed - and as the PlaneShift client is a very large file, using dial-up will of course be slower than with DSL or cable.

Maybe you should try using one of the mirrors instead?

I havent used bit torrent ill see if i can use the mirrors (btw i have a high cable intrnet connection)
