Immidiate problem
« on: February 24, 2006, 08:18:36 pm »
Ok guys, I really hope this is not a problem I could have solved easily myself, at least I have not been able to dig up any thing on my own. This is where you come in.....
I have downloaded the program, but neither me or my computer knows how to open it, it is an unknown file format, how do I then run it?
If this is a stupid question I could have solved myself, feel free to hate me

You\'ll have to give us more detail if you want help, unfortunately. What\'s the format, or the extension of the file? What operating system are you using, what have you used to download the client, etc?
Judge: Are you trying to show contempt for this court, Mr Smith?
Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

I\'m going to guess that his problem is he doesn\'t have Zip or Arj.  If using Windows, it should come up with a window saying it doesn\'t recognize it (basically file suffix not assigned to a program) and gives you the option to pick your own program or let it go up on the net to find out.  Try the latter.

If none of the above applies then pretend you didn\'t read this!
