NPC's doesn't retaliate

I have noticed that sometimes the NPC\'s doesn\'t retaliate.. It usually happens just before the server crashes, so i guess this is a pretty useless thread, but i just wanted to report it, just in case the planeshift crew didn\'t know this

oh yeah, i wanna add that trepors and tefusangs popped out of nothing in the arena downstairs, and they didn\'t retaliate either

time seems to be frozen at 1pm too

Devs don\'t need to be notified unless the NPCs remain unattackle for over a day or so - the NPC client that handles their actions does go down sometimes, usually after or with a server crash, but it usually returns on its own :)
