i uninstalled the last version and i need help

i uninstalled the last version of the game because i thought that was the problem but it wasnt. now that i uninstalled it i cannot find the old version download. can anyone help me?

would i need the old version to update first or would that work without the old one installed

You don\'t need the old version.
Every new version is the complete game.
So when you download version 13, you are downloading
everything.
