My game crashes

Ok... I start up PS and the login screen comes up... I enter and hit login(server is able to connect btw)... I select my character and click ok... the screen starts to load... then the map starts to load... Its almost done loading/is done loading... I hear a \'ding\' and my screen exits and comes back.... the PS screen is totally black.... I cant see a cursor or anything... then I press some buttons e.g. \'Enter\' and screen closes. I dont know whats happening bcause I have played PS for a long time without this problem... I tried to login multiple times and the same happens... and by the way, it only started happening after I was in the library at Hydlaa on my first time there, maybe thats the problem??? Please help me as fast as you can

P.S. I allready run the updater multiple time and got nothing...

took a guess that the name was exor, if so should be good to go now...

I normally would consider this to be sarcasm... but I know better...  

Yeah, we need to get the update out so no one else has to get this error.  This is affecting way to many people.

 thank you soooooo much!!!! I can play again... is there something wrong with that area? If so I\'ll try to stay away till later TY again
