Why can't I play the game? Please help.

I don\'t know what exactly is going on, but I recently tried to download the game, and I don\'t get any downloading screen or anything, I just have an icon on my desk.  I clicked on it, and it brings up that window where it says that \"blah blah blah cannot be found\" and gives you the option of using the web to find the right program to run it.  I may sound dumb, but I really want to play the game, and it\'s frustrating that everything I\'ve tried isn\'t working. Please help me with this problem.

What link did you click on? My first guess is that you\'ve downloaded the .torrent file and tried opening it without having some sort of client installed. For the easiest download, you want to click on the links by any of the mirrors:

Pay careful attention to directions :) I know you\'re in a hurry to try out the game, but if you rush and skip steps and confuse yourself, you\'re going to take longer than necessary anyway.

I don\'t think I rushed through it, but there\'s a good chance I could\'ve skipped something.  Thanks for the help, I\'ll try using the mirrors to download the game.
