Is there a way to enhance one's motor control? I did discover that it is much better since I took some actions to reduce lag. When lagging slightly, I cannot make turns of less than about 25 degrees (serious lag leads to something like 80 degrees after 10 second frame delay), but even without lag, I'd like to be able to do at least 10 degrees. I apologize if this is the wrong place to post btw.

Nevermind, it's not a problem where there isn't lag, so this simplifies to a lag reduction problem, previously solved by others.
