There are alot of places in the game that are very dark and some I dont even know if I am moving or stuck on an object, so I was wondering if there is any way to make the game brighter so I could see better in certain areas. ( I already turned up the brightness on my computer to 100 and it still is the same).

Most of the graphic cards come with some utilities to adjust the gamma. Look for "Gamma Correction" or similar.

Then you should also remember that some places are supposed to be dark. We have day and night, and you shouldn't be able to see very well during the night time. Some races will have the night vision advantage in the future and would be seeing better in the darkness.
