This is what I'm wondering did you use the Updater lately. If you did try uninstalling the program and reinstall it then try to see if it works. I'll assure you that it will. If you didn't just try and uninstall it anywa and then reinstall it again and then see if it does work. That's all the help i can offer to you at this moment.
