Because the only allowed language ingame is English it shouldn't be to hard find matching people :)

There are more "known to be german" people:

- You may join some guilds known to contain many german members (like the Woiperdingers); but other guilds are possible as well, you just may need to ask a bit longer.

- There is also the domain "yliakum.de".
