Um just a question, but when do we (ppl who updated by accedent) get to go on to ps again? i personaly tried the .ZIP but its failing.

If you updated accidentally, uninstall and reinstall the client.

Can you explain how the .zip is failing for you?

well, i got the zip files from the link u gave us, i unzipped it and nothing happened when i tried the programs
as for re-instaling it, i'm doing that right now (My typings cruddy right now) or it might be the new patch (I dont know)
i updated right after the server restarted. does that make a difference??

Just delete PS from your pc to make sure nothing of your old messed up install is still there, then:
1 Reinstall Planeshift.
2 Unzip the patch in your planeshift directory.
3 Play Planeshift.
If above doesn't work, YOU messed something up.

I reinstalled it like you said (patch and all) without using the updater and its still not letting me in >:-(
