Question about custom character creation
« on: July 12, 2006, 05:46:22 pm »
During custom character creation, the second to final page, you choose events that determine your abilities(STR, AGI, etc) and skills(sword, knives and daggers, etc) but my question is, has someone compiled a list of all of these, with exactly what they affect? like for example

Mother was a dancer
Effects:
     STR: -2
     AGI: +2

The numbers may not be right, but it might be helpful for newbies who want a custom character creation. Also what option gives you a small amount of melee experience, because if someone creates a character with no melee skill then they cant really use it unless someone is nice enough to give them a short sword.

Giving those hints publicly would be considered cheating, following the current rules to be applied, so you won't find such a list like that one in this forums.
Are there any MoonSeekers left?

Ok thanks, looks like noobs will just have o take their time ^^ I like the custom creation much better than the quick, you can start off with a really bad a$$ character that would take days to make from a quick character, the reason being its custom tailored to what you need

Yes, and it's also better because it helps with roleplay, considering that most of your character's information is selected by you; all you have to do is put that information under story form, to make it look better. Also, at the end, just before uploading, you can see what your stats will be when you begin, and what skills you will begin with. Denerynn (my character) began with level 5 in the crystal way.
