Crashed in Death Realm

My computer is old and crashes often but I try to make the best of it. One time I was in the death realm and when I fell off the cliff, my computer crashed. When I logged back in I was standing on darkness but my life was full. I was trapped underneath the death realm and no way to restart it. I couldn't kill myself or anything. My character is now stuck below the death realm. What do I do?    Please help.

You can try to use the command /unstick (typing it twice in a very short interval might also bring you back to the Death Realm spawn point) or maybe type /die. If everything else fails. you can still ask a GM to move your character to a valid position.
