INSTALLER VERIFICATION FAILED..
this could be the result of an incomplete download, failing disk or possibly corruption from a virus.
You can try to force an install using the /NCRC command line switch but it is NOT recommended.

What do I do? Please help me. Help appreciated gratefully.

My reccomendation is not to download it at all. Wait a day or two,and the latest version of Planeshift will come out, called MolecularBlue. The version you are trying to download is simply a demo.
