1. don't make such insane amount of smilies
2. don't think you will get an immediate answer, this is a forum, not a chat room
3. don't double-post, modify your first post if you want to add something before someone has answered you
4. ask yourself if you post in the right section, i think the newbie help section would have fit much better
doing all this you have a much better appearance at the forum, so people are rather in the mood to help you.
5. do what the instructions at

6. if that did not solve your problem, look how far you get and what problem occurs then.
7. use the search function to look if someone else had the same problem, maybe you also find a solution there
8. if you cannot find informations posted before, give us all information you can give us about your pc and how far you came in your try to play the game, so we can have an idea what your problem is
