Training in Bowmaking?

Um, I dont need the exact location...but uh, could someone hint in me in the direction of where the person that will train you to make bows is located? I cant play currently, so I cant ask ingame...Thanks for Any info on Bows and long-range fighting anyone can give me. Im very excited to be able to use these skills soon.  :woot:

Sadly, not only can bows not be made currently, and do not exist as items, but they will not be usable as weapons for a while :(
