weapon damage and repair
« on: September 05, 2006, 03:55:54 pm »
I don't have a problem with the system of weapon repair ...makes a certain amount of sense to have to fix them after banging them into various hard objects (and more than a few squishy ones, too). But ...I caught myself not really paying attention to my weapon condition the other day ...and there should be consequences.

If ...you allow your weapon to reach 0.0 (if that's possible) or another rediculously low number ...there should be a penalty. Say, after that kind of catastrophic damage, you lose one point of weapon quality (goes from 50 to 49)?

Makes sense that a weapon could get beyond repair, the weapon would probably break after it reaches 0.
I have this itchy feeling that this has already been suggested though  >o)
We're not evil. We're simply amazing.
