Need step to download

i need help downloading the game file. No offence GM but the sites a bit useless at helping for this matter. Can someone walk me through step by step downloading the file which appears in programs? The one i downloaded appeared on the desktop and was .dmg and it wont load up, it says its damaged or somthing. I have bittorrent and when i click step 2 on the download page it dousnt start the download! Pleese help me because its getting on my nerves

What is your operating system?

Go to the Download page, and click on the mirror download (not bittorrent) of the client for your OS. For example, this one for Windows, this one for Linux, or this one for Mac. Save the install file somewhere, then double-click to run it.

Make sure that you are downloading the right client for your operating system.

After the installation completes and if you are using Windows, follow instructions here: download a separate patch.zip, open it, select all the files inside of it and drag it to your main PlaneShift directory. This is usually C:\Program Files\PlaneShift Crystal Blue. Click 'Yes' when you are asked if you want to overwrite, and after that process finishes, run the game updater.

the link for the mirror for the windows doesnt load....i started downloading mirror 2 and it will be finished in about 15 mins


When i click the mirror (any of them i used 2) it popps up asking to save or run. What do you do? I clicked save and saved it onto the desktop. And does firewall being on do anything?

its loaded but the updater wont work!!
