Is the server a chauvinist?

Not that serious, but I realized that female characters seem to loot much less than male.
I came to talk to some female that thought the same, noticing that male chars we spoke to loot more and better, although they don't fight that often.

Might this be of some bug or just a subjective experience without any referrence in yliakum?
Perhaps some interference with randomizer-variables?
Maybe others that noticed the same could post here.

I actually don't think it's a bug, but if others complain too, it can't be ignored I think.

You're going to need to test this out a lot to see then - you certainly have that ability :}

I did notice in one game, that there was some kind of sexism in the server. Most of the mob dropped female armor, rarely did males get anything. =P

dont think this server hates women. Ive had it worse with looting. (male)

Never found any swords above /5.4 while many others were, including many of my female friends...heck i spent 500,000 tria just to get a silver weave, and 200k for iron short swords. i fight ALOT and never get much, mostly bread. so i guess its realy a luck thing, not an "i hate women thing"

Well, I'm a male player, have a male character, and in the last months I've gained some 30 lbs from eating all the bread I looted.  Most of it was stale and chewy.  Fortunately, all the potions of healing helped wash it down.  Lucky me there was fish now and then...

Want figures?  I recall having looted 1 weapon above /5, some three above /4, and I mark the day as a good one if I get even one above /3.  Bread, fish and healing potions I've got way too many to count, but even so, you put them together and they don't make a third of the times I got "XXXX has nothing to be looted".

So, might it be that
* Male players spend way more time playing
* Male players spend a higher percentage of that time fighting
* Male players brag much more about their trophies 

Of course, "None of the above" and "Others" would be valid options, too.

Cheer up, there's more than looting in PS (so they say)
