What happened? Before the update I got a constant 20-40FPS anywhere, including the plaza. Now I get 5-10 EVERYWHERE and I havent changed anything on my Comoy, except add a Gig of RAM. Whats the problem with the update?

Erm, The options reset after the update. If you go into the setup on the desktop, change the options to what you had before and you should be ok.

Done that

I got 1280x1024 windowed, 0 AA and AF, no vertex buffer, I EVEN put on Adaptive Distance and I used to have the distance at 3000 (or the max)

What about the 'load all maps' and 'keep maps loaded?'

These effect your performance alot, especially the 'load all maps'

Maybe caused from more people on than usual, wanting to try the new update?

Or maybe its just good 'ol normal PS server lag.
