Into everyone\'s life a little ignore must fall. Whether it\'s the person shouting every five seconds about things that he or she could find the answer to in a few clicks, or the person online who thinks they\'re funny, or the self-righteous person who will tell everyone that they\'re doing everything entirely wrong and the game will totally SUCK if they don\'t play it their way.
Ah, the chat feature of MMORPG.
It\'s unfortunate that ignore features need to be implemented, but it does give a bit more control to a player. I don\'t want to hear people shout text-speak to each other all over the zone. I could be a total prat and tell them to shut up, but that never works - however, I can\'t ignore them either because there\'s no /shoutoff command. Invariably, there\'s always at least one person sending constant unwanted tells, guild invites, or begs.
No, I\'m not pointing fingers - I\'d just like to have this implemented so that I can ignore what I choose to ignore. There are some days I don\'t really want to talk, or I\'m concentrating on something else, or rping with a group. Or if I\'m in a battle, the constant WTB shouts could be really irritating.
