Yliakum Job Agency?

Does anyone remember who was the leader of the Yliakum Job Agency?  (I know there was a leader behind the leader, I'm looking for the name of the one who was the public figure.)

Yep, Isra ran the Yliakum Job Agency,
Too bad his main char got deleted and so he isn't around too frequently anymore.

Yes, Isra seems to have left PS. He was in charge of the Yliakum Job Agency put together by the Rangers. When I first joined the game and the guild the agency wasn't very active. Too bad Isra isn't around anymore.
