its not a maploader as you think it is. PS won't have auto generated maps of the area. You'll have a cartography skill and make your own or buy other people's maps. What that map loader feature is, if turned on, it loads all the zones at startup, or keeps them loaded after loading them once depending on which setting you select. Once on, while traveling from zone to zone, you won't see load times. But it doesn't work for everyone's system so use at your own risk.
