The "Forum Issues" section has a sticky thread with instructions on how to post images here :]

Have you tried updating your graphics card drivers? If you have an Nvidia card, go to nvidia.com; for ATI, ati.com; for anything else, a Google search may help. If you're unsure of what kind of card you have in the first place: right-click anywhere on your desktop, choose Properties, then go to the Settings tab and look under "Display." You should see something like "[your monitor] on [your card]."
Judge: Are you trying to show contempt for this court, Mr Smith?
Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

If you are on Windows XP, download your driver here.
Once you have that one, don't think about updating anymore as support for your card is discontinued.
You should think about buying a new one some day  ;)
